Google internationally dominates throughout the internet search environment. Yet according to the latest research conducted by the Millward Brown, a global brands agency, Apple had now surpassed Google with regards to identifying the most valuable brand in the world.
Google’s reign being the world’s leading valuable brand for about four years was disrupted because of Apple. The creator trending brands for gadgets like iPad and iPhone now reaches to an estimate of $153 billion. Based on the annual analysis of BrandZ concerning the top 100 brand list of the world, such amount would result to 50% of the market capitalization of the Apple Company.
Products of Apple have met the desired goods of the consumers making its way last year to take the title of Microsoft being most valuable company for technology in the world.
The thorough attention to an increasing availability of high-quality modern devices done by Apple opened the opportunity to let them act differently in the market when compared to other gadget developers. This idea was mentioned by Peter Walshe being the Global brands director for Millward Brown.
Walshe also said that Apple is trying to break the rules set when talking about the gadget’s pricing model. For him, it is obvious that Apple is in line with the global products that would let customers achieve a great experience.
Company for telecoms and technology lead in the list of the top 10 brands as those kinds of companies clutched six among the ten places. Glancing at the list, Google ranked second and then followed by IBM being the third on the list.
For the moment, the top 5 went to Microsoft as the telecom company known as the AT&T was on the seventh place. The China Mobile was in the ninth rank.
On the other hand, McDonald’s climbed two steps as the said fast food company was placed fourth. It is belonged to the category which spreads the fastest in terms of business growth.
The Coca-Cola went down one place reaching sixth on the rank along with Marlboro down to number 8. The tenth place went to General Electric.
Among the top 100 brands, nineteen came from the developing markets gaining a positive performance compared from last year having only 13.
New in the list among the top 100 brands is Facebook that sprouted in number 35 acquiring almost $19.1 billion from those who value its brand.
Then, Toyota was able to regain the spot being the most valuable brand in terms of cars. It went through recovery from the product recall which was known to be bungled on the previous year.
As a whole, the performance of the top 100 brands increased by 17% while the global economy was observed to undergo development.
