Two civilians and two police men were killed in a firefight between the Taliban Militia Group and Afghan police men, while another four people were killed and 12 others are wounded in an explosion that happen in a marketplace in Eastern Afghanistan, which suspect was said to be a very young suicide bomber. This information was according to the statements given by some state’s officials.
The mentioned suicide bomber was said to be one of those youngest ever suicide attackers existed in the Afghan country. The boy was only 12 years old. According to the provincial spokesman named Mukhlis Afghan, the boy was wearing a vest filled with explosives which he detonated in a marketplace located in Paktika province which is near the Pakistan boundary.
However, a police vehicle was being ambushed by the Taliban group in Ghazni which is a bit near or a neighbor province of Paktika. Mohammad Hussain, a deputy provincial police chief, gave his statements that the ambush started the exchanging of fire between the police men and the armed Taliban. Hussain said to AFP that the incident killed two police men and two civilians which include a woman.
Hussain also said that Sunday an explosion also happened in Ghazni police headquarters when a bomb-planted bicycle, parked in front of the police office, was being detonated. Mohammad Ismail Ibrahimzada, head of Ghazni hospital, said that five of the wounded individuals in the explosion were currently in critical condition.
As of now, no one claimed or presented themselves as persons behind the attacks but according to Hussain, he is blaming the Taliban Militia Group as suspects for the incidents.
