People had long been discussing about the issue behind the real birth details of the US President Barack Obama. To end those tireless rumours, the White House had finally managed to release Obama’s birth certificate on Wednesday.
While some allegedly say that the present US president was not born in United States, it is confirmed that Mr Barack Obama was actually born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961 as what his official “certification of live birth” declares.
Despite such proof, some “birther” theorists continually insist that Kenya is the place where the birth of Obama took place.It came to rise on 2008 presidential campaign as such reason was believed to disqualify him for a presidential position in US.
Recovering the rise of Obama’s birth certificate rumour is Donald Trump, a potential Republican candidate, stressing his doubts telling the media that his birth certificate had been “missing.”
Although President Obama settles his birth certificate issue, most of his critics still continually open the same controversy making it to be a political red meat at present.
Dan Pfeiffer, the spokesman of the White House, said that President Obama has believed that the “distraction” regarding his birth certificate was not good for the United States.
Pfeiffer also said that, “It may have been good politics and good TV, but it was bad for the American people and distracting from the many challenges we face as a country.”
Since the time he was born, Hawaii tightly kept the long form birth certificate of Mr Barack Obama in a vault. The release of the said document came after conspiracy-minded conservatives brought many speculations.
Until on Wednesday, copies of Obama’s original birth certificate was released by the White House. It had a stamp to indicate that they had received such document from the Hawaiian officials on Monday.
It is stated in the United States Constitution that only “natural born” citizens are qualified to become a president.
