Tsunami alert was raised after the magnitude 7.1 quake had shaken Japan once again .
The said quake’s epicenter was traced near Hamadori, Fukushima Prefecture.
Due to the latest tremor, three persons were reported dead. And the shaking was badly felt in Japan.
The latest earthquake struck just before midnight on Thursday, at a depth of 49km (32 miles), close to the epicentre of the 11 March quake.
Workers at the Fukushima Plant were immediately advised to vacate the place and the management further announced that they were all safe.
Despite the fear about the recent quake, the tsunami alert was then removed after 90 minutes when the monitoring had shown no treat of any abnormalities in the sea water level.
In the recent earthquake, the three-persons who were killed includes a 63 year old woman due to the shutting down of her respirator. Further, in Myagi Prefecture, two men aging 79 and 85 were dead at the hospital. It was suspected that the two died due to heart attack.
To date, the magnitude 7.1 tremor was recorded as the strongest aftershock taking place after the killer quake of magnitude 9.0 hit Japan which had caused tsunami leading to deaths and damage of property.
