People always get notice the stains. No matter how famous you are or how rich you’ll be, the ears of those critics will ring if they will hear something that needs to be corrected.
This goes to the pound-for-pound King Manny Pacquiao and his grammar. Since social networking sites keep on bringing comments, the Boxing Champ seems to be stoned with lots of negative criticisms in Twitter.
Pacquiao, who is at the same time a Sarangani congressman, was saddened over the many criticisms against his way of speaking English.
In his Twitter post, he explained that grammar is not that important for as long as people could understand the message that you try to deliver.
Although Pacquiao is now a lawmaker, he admits that his native language is not English. To exercise the true Filipino spirit, he urges everyone to be proud of speaking Tagalog.
It was just last month that the boxer was able to open an official account in Twitter. Unfortunately, criticisms burst over his grammar which eventually led him to terminate his Twitter account. In that way, he will be able to protect himself from rising criticisms.
On the other hand, Pacquiao warns those who create an account using the name of his mother Dionesia also known as Mommy D. There were also some who makes fun of her.
In response to that, the boxer reveals that Mommy D has no Twitter account at all. He himself admits that pretending to be someone else brings no good. For him, pretending is one way of showing that you don’t seem to trust yourself.
