
Bacolod MTC Judge Napoleon Diamante issued a search warrant against RG Printing Press at Rizal St. Bacolod City, Philippines. RSOG and Station-4 Policemen headed by the team leader Chief Inspector Lorenzo Bacia, conducted the operation and confiscated Jai-Alai paraphernalia during the raid yesterday morning February 4, 2011.
Information from a police (–foul word(s) removed–)et for the particular printing press in Rizal St., Bacolod City was allegedly printing tipsters of Jai-Alai. Surveillance was conducted almost a month to the said printing press until the search warrant was issued by the Municipal Trial Court (MTC) Branch 3.
There are more printing presses under surveillance in the city of Bacolod alleged printing illegal paraphernalia of Jai-Alai, said Chief Inspector Lorenzo Bacia.
Together with the arrested is the employee of the said printing press Ali Openio a 37-year of Prk. Bormaheco, Barangay Tangub, Bacolod City who now in the lock-up jail of Police Station-4.
Openio worked as operator of the printing machine and layout artist for 3-years, “I do not know who the owner of the tipsters I have printed is” he said.

rs with the code name “Fronton”, and negative film for “Sparrow”, “Bullseye”, “A Circuit”, and “Target” tipsters.
The raid of RG Printing Press will make the Jai-Alai unable to operate in Bacolod City. We expect more raid to be conducted on several printing presses alleged printing Jai-Alai tipsters and other materials, said Senior Superintendent Ricardo de la Paz.
Openio is now facing violation of Section 4 RA 9287 in the ground of possession illegal gambling paraphernalia as well as to the printing press owner, added de la Paz.
Chief Superintendent Cipriano Querol, Director Police Regional Office 6, reinforced the campaign against illegal number games and confiscation paraphernalia for the said gambling.
