Julie Powers Schenecker, 50 years of age was arrested last Friday in Tampa, Florida because of the murder she did with her two children Calyx Powers Schenecker, 16 years of age and Powers Beau Schenecker, 13 years old.
It was reported that Schenecker used a .38 caliber pistol that killed her two teenagers. According to the police authority, Julie killed her son Calyx with two shots in the head when she was driving him to soccer practice.
Right after Julie went home, she immediately went to her daughter Beau’s room and then shot her in back while she is sitting in the computer, and then shot her off in her face.
The son’s body was found in the SUV parked in the garage and the girl’s in the floor of her own bedroom. According to the police, Julie shot her children for “being so mouthy.”
They have found out that Schenecker was suffering from depression since her husband Parker Schenecker is away from home, doing his for military work in Qatar.
Julie has been charged with two counts of first degree murder.
