Stunning photos of the newest internet sensation Rita Gabiola, popularly known as “Badjao Girl,” went viral online. On Sunday night, her pictures from a photo shoot was featured on lifestyle show “Rated K.”
A lawyer named James Cristopher Domingo took the Facebook to post the photos of Gabiola which was taken by Stephen Capuchino and Wilmark Jolidon.
She was given a makeover and invited for a photo shoot so she will know how beautiful she is, according to the show.
Rita Gabiola became a social media topic when her photos surfaced online. Photographer Topher Quinto Burgos recently shared her photos on Facebook.
She was photographed during the annual festival Pahiyas festival in Lucban. Her photos was later on shared on the popular Facebook page Random Photos which immediately went viral.
Aside from Random Photos, some of the most popular Facebook pages in the country also shared her photos.
Yesterday, Burgos took the Facebook to share his thoughts on her recent photo shoot. He said that Gabiola’s dreams are finally happening and he hopes that she will not forget where she came from.

Kaya i called you the “beautyslayer” di ko tlga inaasan ung mga nangyare, at eto nga kilalang kilala kna, matutupad na ung mga pangarap mo, pangarap sa pag aaral pangarap mo sa pamilya mo, sana wag mong kakalimutan, ang pinangalingan mo, ung tribo mo, sana ikaw ang bumago sa tingin ng mga tao sa tribo nyo, wag mong kakalimutan lagi magpasalamat kay Lord, magdasal lagi, pray lang, Goodluck sa journey mo, tuloy lang ang buhay,” he wrote.
