Manny Pacquiao Asks People “Not to Vote for Him” During Elections

Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao asks his constituents and followers in the district where he was serving as a Congressman “not to vote for him” in coming elections. The call of Pacquiao came after his poor attendance in the House of Representatives wherein he was one of the top absentee congressman for the year 2014.

The 36-year-old Manny Pacquiao is currently in the United States for a string of appearance in various shows and commitments to promote his independent film documentary “Manny,” which was produced by Filipino-American filmmaker Ryan Moore.

According to Manny Pacquiao who admitted that he got so many absent from Congress, he don’t want to boast what he had done with his district but based upon his accomplishments as a Congressman he did his best even spending his own money for his constituents.

When Manny was asked about his plans for the year 2016 he stated “Sa akin, sa distrito ko, ‘pag election, ‘pag may kalaban ako, huwag niyo na akong iboto para hindi sumakit ang ulo ko.” Manny Pacquiao said.

The eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao also noted that right now his team is just waiting for his highly anticipated opponent, Floyd Mayweather to sign the contract and the May 2, 2015 fight will push through.

Manny Pacquiao is also set to judge the world’s most prestigious beauty pageant, the Miss Universe 2015 which will be held in Miami, Florida.
