Nino Alejandro vs. Karl Tanhueco The Voice Battle Round Results (Video)

Rock artist Nino Alejandro won the Battle Round of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 against Karl Tanhueco during the Saturday’s edition of the top-rating and top-trending singing competition in the country. The episode which was aired on December 13, 2014 features two artists Nino Alejandro and Karl Tanhueco performing the song popularized by Starship titled “We Built This City.”

The “sesyonista iskolar” Karl Tanhueco goes up against the music royalty in the person of Nino Alejandro, for the clash of Team Lea’s artist in the continuation of the Battle Rounds.

At the end of the Battle Round between Karl Tanhueco and Nino Alejandro, Coach Lea Salonga decided to chose Rachel Alejandrino’s cousin, Nino Alejandro, one of the few artists who made the four coaches turned their red chairs around.

Nino Alejandro will moved on to the next round of the competition, the Knockout Rounds, of the country’s most popular singing competition. On Karl Tanhueco’s part, nobody from the remaining three coaches decided to steal him, and he went home thankful for the opportunity given to him as an artist.

In the Battle Round of The Voice of the Philippines, an eliminated artist will have a chance to prove themselves once again, only if, one of the coaches will steal the artist from their original coaches. If there’s an instance that there will be two or more artist want to steal an eliminated contestant, the singer will make the final decision.

Each coach may only steal two artist throughout the Battle Rounds of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2. At the end of the Battles, each coach will have nine artists who will advance to the Knockout rounds, two of which are stolen artists from the other teams.
