The country’s “Teen Queen and King” Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla or more popularly known as KathNiel will be having its newest movie, featuring two of the showbiz’ industry’s icon, Ms. Lorna Tolentino and veteran actor Gabby Concepcion. The announcement was revealed by Star Magic through an Instagram post while ABS-CBN’s “Bandila” also broke the news to the mainstream media on Wednesday night.

According to a news report by Bandila, a story conference regarding the newest movie of KathNiel was held on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 for their upcoming movie project.
The movie, according to its director, Rory Quintos will mark the return of seasoned actress Lorna Tolentino to Star Cinema, ABS-CBN’s movie outfit. During an interview with Bandila on Wednesday night, the director briefly described the newest KathNiel movie as, “It’s a romance about people who are broken and they heal in the movie.” she said.
Direk Rory Quintos added further that “In their brokennes, they find healing with each other.” Although the movie’s title is still unknown but fans and followers of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla already express their excitement via Facebook, Twitter and other social networking sites.
The KathNiel Movie project will start shooting this coming December 2014, as revealed by Star Cinema to the entertainment press present during the story conference.
The upcoming movie project of Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo was confirmed earlier by Kathryn during an interview last November 11, 2014. The 18-year-old actress also noted that they will star in ABS-CBN’s remake of the hit teleserye Pangako Sa ‘Yo.
