The actress-host Heart Evangelista revealed on Thursday July 10, 2014 at the press conference for her upcoming movie “Trophy Wife” that she and Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero are already talking about settling down in the near future.
The Kapuso star said that they are getting on the next stage of their relationship though Chiz Escudero has not yet proposed to her when they went together in Europe on June.

Heart Evangelista also said that she wants to experience things that she missed when she entered the showbiz industry before she will finally tie-the-knot with Chiz Escudero.
“I’ve really missed a lot of things [in showbiz]. Growing up I didn’t get to travel much, I missed college, a normal life, So definitely ‘yong chapter na ‘yon ng buhay ko I really want to experience,” she said.
The “Startalk” host assured her fans that she will not leave her work in showbiz if she gets married. However, she will not be doing a lot of soaps like before.
When asked if she is ready to be the “first lady” of the country, Heart Evangelista quipped: “Siyempre dapat mag-propose muna siya.” She then clarified that the 44-year-old lawmaker was not yet planning to run as president in 2016 elections.
Heart Evangelista and Sen. Chiz Escudero met in 2012 through Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago and the couple made their relationship official on the same year.
Sen. Chiz Escudero was previously married to Christine Elizabeth “Tintin” Flores, whom he had two children with, while Heart Evan Evangelista was in a relationship before with Brazilian-Japanese actor Daniel Matusnaga.
