Business tycoon Henry Sy and his family dominated in the Philippines with a total net earnings of $11.4 billion which is a bit lower compared on its previous net income with $13.2 billion.

Henry Sy and family’s income apparently dropped by seven percent but still they were able to be part of top 100 billionaires worldwide ranking on the 97th place from 1,645 men and women billionaires.

Despite of merging and stability investment strategy, the net earning of Sy family goes down up to $ 1.8 Billion after SM Holdings dropped its stock market for almost 30% this year.

“The dropped of stocks is due to investors sold their shares in a certain institution in a discounted price,” Forbes Magazine quoted.
