The camp of Mayor Jejomar Binay vehemently denied that they ordered the arrest of three guards in Dasma Village during the incident which was captured on CCTV camera and posted by Inquirer on their website. Although Mayor Binay denied some allegations made by Inquirer’s witness, a close-up video of the incident tells a different story according to some netizens.

Inquirer first reported the incident which happened at the gate of Banyan and McKinley Roads and was caught on CCTV cameras of North Forbes Park and Dasmariñas Village.
The guards who were on duty during the incident were brought to the Police station right after the incident that involved the Mayor of Makati and the guards of Right Eight Security Inc.
The latest video footage of the incident was posted by YouTube user Pusoy featuring the close-up video of the incident. Some netizens expressed their disappointment with the video footage.
