The Philippines hottest teen love team, Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo proved once again that their “KathNiel” tandem is one of the most anticipated show on national TV as their prime time series “Got To Believe” debuted strongly on Monday, August 26.
The first episode of “Got To Believe” conquered the Twitter trending topics not only in the Philippines but also worldwide. Aside from the social media media success of “Got To Believe” first episode, the series also conquered the TV ratings with 34% during the first compared to its competitor’s ratings at just 16.1%.
During the pilot episode of Got To Believe, the characters of Chichay (Kathryn) and Joaquin (Daniel) were introduced. The series also featured the love triangle between Jaime (Ian Veneracion), Betchay (Manilyn Reynes), and Jaime’s boss’ Julianna (Carmina Villaroel).
The story of Got To Believe is completely different from the previous characters portrayed by Daniel and Kathryn in the highly-successful “Princess and I” teleserye. This time Daniel plays the role of brat rich kid Joaquin, while Kathryn plays the role of the funny, (–foul word(s) removed–)ertive Chichay.
