The Philippines’ sports and boxing icon listed one his property in the United States, a house and lot in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park according to a news report posted by Realtor.com.

The house and lot of Manny Pacquiao in Los Angeles, California is Manny’s based home whenever he is scheduled to fight in the United States. The 5-bedroom Mediterranean style home is listed for $2.7 million.

The LA home of Manny Pacquiao was first bought on 2009 for a reported $2.17 million. Pacquiao’s pad was built in 2008, featuring 6 baths, and nearly 4,275 square feet. The home’s amenities a gourmet kitchen with a built-in coffee bar and second-floor master suite with a gl(–foul word(s) removed–) shower and bathtub. It has also an inside pool and spa and has fire and waterfall feature.

The LA mansion of Manny Pacquiao was once featured in an episode of MTV’s “Cribs,” that was later uploaded to YouTube and immediately went viral garnering more than 1 million views in a matter of days.
