Kapamilya actor Rayver Cruz denied the rumors that he was dating or was link to Imelda Schweighart, one of the semi-finalist of the 2013 Binibing Pilipinas after numerous reports have surfaced online. During the past few weeks, a photo of Rayver and Imelda Schweighart of Imee Hart went viral online.
Rayver clarified and was quoted as saying that, “Sanay na ako kasi siyempre pag may lumabas na pictures na ganyan, sasabihin agad girlfriend. Pero hindi, we’re just hanging out, we’re friends.” Rayver stated.
According to Rayver he met Imee Hart through Dianne Medina, the girlfriend of Rodjun Cruz, his brother. He stated that there is nothing romantic going on between them, but he finds Schweighart beautiful, he was just sweet to his friends.
Aside from the denial that he is currently dating with Schweighart, the actor also appealed to the public to spare Imee from such rumors. Meanwhile there are other rumors involving her and celebrity stylist Liz Uy and according to Rayver, he is not courting his Liz Uy, which he called as an older sister.
That’s what actors do. They date girls and then managers tell them to deny relationships. It is how showbiz role.
