Arixsandra “Xaxa” Libantino Lost at BGT Finals (Video)

Arixsandra Libantino more popularly known as “Xaxa,” the Filipino contestant in the “Britain’s Got Talent,” lost during the finals of the “Britain’s Got Talent” on Saturday night (Sunday Philippine Time), despite the full support of her fellow Pinoys in Nottingham.

The Filipinos were in full support to Xaxa as she enters the finals of the world famous, “Britain’s Got Talent,” the members of the Nottingham Filipino Community (NFC) supported the 11-year-old Libantino.

The winner of the Britain’s Got Talent was awarded to the Hungarian shadow theater group Attraction, while the 14-year-old stand-up comedian Jack Carroll finished in second place.

The third place was awarded to the operatic Welsh duo of brothers Richard and Adam, whose performance was interrupted when a female protester threw eggs on Judge Simon Cowell. 

Here’s the final voting percentage of the Top 5:

  • Attraction = 27%
  • Carroll = 20.1%
  • Richard & Adam = 15.4%
  • Steve Hewlett = 12%
  • The Luminites = 6.8%

Attraction won £250,000 and will perform for the Queen at the Royal Variety Performance in November.
