Juan Francisco Estrada made an upset against Brian Viloria and captured the WBO and WBA Flyweight titles after he won a split decision in their world title fight in Macau.
The official scores were 116-111 and 117-111 for Estrada while Viloria won in the last judges score card at 115-113. The younger and 22-year-old Estrada outworked the 32-year-old Brian Viloria.
Viloria dropped his record to 32 wins and 4 losses with 19 KO’s while Estrada’s records is now at 23 wins, 2 losses with 18 KO’s.
