The Flower Festival in Baguio City was considered as one of the most well-attended celebration in the Summer Capital of the Philippines. The yearly celebrations was more populary known as Penagbenga Festival.
This year’s committee of the festival have prepared some activities for the month-long celebration. The Grand opening parade was started yesterday, February 1, 2013.
The theme of this year’s celebration is titled “A Blooming Odyssey”
