The Filipino word “Tumuklas” which means “To Discover” conquered the Twitter trending topic not only in the Philippines but worldwide. The hashtag #Tumuklas was also promoted by Twitter.
It is still unclear why the keyword “Tumuklas” was promoted by Twitter. The word was also tweeted by Twitter. Here’s a tweet from Twitter.

Although the reason is still unclear why “Tumuklas” trended worldwide there are speculations already that the word was part of the “It’s More Fun in the Philippines” campaign of the government.
The word could be part of the Twitter program #Discover which means that as Twitter user, there’s always happening tailored for you.
