The Philippine Azkals ended their Finals dream of the AFF Suzuki Cup 2012 as they were defeated by Singapore in the second leg of the semi-finals with the final score of 0-1.
The Singapore Lions now returned to the finals of the AFF Suzuki Cup. They have controlled the tempo of the game as Khairul Amri scored an early goal at around 19th minutes of the game.
The Philippines were hoping for the best and looking for a lot of opportunities but the Singapore Lions have defended well and forbid the Azkals chances of scoring.
The game ended with the final score of 1-0, the Singaporean will now wait for the winners of the Malaysia and Thailand for the Finals of the AFF Suzuki Cup 2012.
