Sarah Geronimo’s album, “Pure OPM Classics,” have already reached platinum mark which means, the album have already sold 15,000 units in sales.
The confirmation of Sarah’s award was made during the Sarah G. Live on Sunday night, November 25, 2012. She also did her Statement Song for the night’s episode.
Sarah G.’s co-hosts Matteo Guidicelli and Diether Ocampo joined her on stage presenting her the Gold Platinum Awards for the the album “Pure OPM Classics,” as certified by the Philippine Association of Records Industry (PARI).
Due to the awards received by Sarah Geronimo, her fans on Twitter bombarded her with congratulatory messages and the hashtag #PureOPMClassicsPlatinumAward dominated the trending topics.
