Matt Evans girlfriend and current live-in partner Johnelline Hickins have finally filed a formal complaint on October 22, 2012 at the Pasig City Prosecutor’s Office.
Hickins arrived earlier on the office together with brother, Juan Alberto Carlotta at around 10:30 AM (PST) and filed a formal complaint.
He accused Matt Evans for physical injuries in relation to Republic Act 9262 or Anti-Violence Against Women and Children. The brother of Hickins also filed a separate case, a slight physical injuries against Matt Evans.
After the complaint was filed the complainant did not gave any statement although there are medias available during that time.
According to Atty. Patick Vincent Alado, the legal counsel of Jhonelline, his client will give their official statement later at the right time.
Meanwhile as of press time, the accused, Matt Evans still did not give his official statement on the issue. Until now he is still waiting for the resolution from the Pasig City Prosecutor’s Office for him to know if he can give a bail.
