Manny Pacquiao will be transferring to his newly-acquired home at the Forbes Park Makati which was formerly owned by Mr. Roque Tordesillas, former executive of a brokerage company based in Metro Manila.

It was reported earlier that Manny Pacquiao had surprised his family by giving them one of the most expensive yacht in the world worth P25 Million Pesos. The reigning WBO Welterweight Champion of the world will be the latest residents at Makati’s high-end subdivision.

Bombo Radyo Philippines reported on December 26, 2011, that the athlete-politician had confirmed that they will be transferring to the P388 Million-Mansion at the Cambridge Circle at the Forbes Parks Makati City.

The 1,500 square meters mansion’s interior designs were finished already. The wife of the “The People’s Champ” Jinkee was in charge of the furnishings of their newly-owned mansion. The mansion has its own tennis court and large lawns.

Manny Pacquiao is one of the world’s richest athlete and the most recognized Filipino worldwide. He transformed the boxing world into an exciting sport for the past few years. Ring magazine even named him as the most popular athlete of the year despite his controversial win against Juan Manuel Marquez.

The year 2011 brought about Manny’s family with too much blessings according to him. He stated that one of the most removable moment of his life is the time when he met with his football idol David Beckham last December 3, 2011.

Manny and David met after the game and he stated that during the meeting his wife Jinkee was so flattered when Beckham came to them and gave him his jersey during the LA Galaxy’s match against the Philippine Azkals.
