MMDA Traffic Advisory for APEC Summit 2015 in Manila

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority issued a traffic advisory for the highly anticipated Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders’ Meeting in Metro Manila.
