Ian Veneracion Camp Asks Ronaldo Carballo To Take Down ‘P500K TF’ Post

Ronaldo Carballo has this follow-up post about Ian Veneracion

The camp of seasoned actor Ian Veneracion asked director-scriptwriter Ronaldo Carballo to take down his post about the supposed P500,000 talent fee that the actor asked for his 2-hour parade appearance.

This issue received different reactions from the online community. Some sided with the director while some defended the actor. In his now-viral post, Carballo claimed that a talent coordinator told him this story.

It was said that the Tarlac Festival organizers requested Ian to be in a parade that would probably last for two hours. The director shared, as what the talent coordinator told him that Ian’s road manager demanded a half a million pesos talent fee but an additional P100,000 would be given per hour if the event exceeded 2 hours.

In a follow-up post about this issue, Carballo shared a screenshot of the advisory from the Tarlac Festival organizers that denied having communicated with Ian Veneracion’s camp for the said event.

The director stressed that indeed there was no communication between Tarlac Festival organizers and the actor because the former hired a private company (talent coordinator) to this job.

Carballo also said that before posting this, he asked the talent manager if this really happened and he asked permission to release this to the public.

I asked the “private company” who fed me the full story: ‘Tutuo bang nangyari yung ikinuwento nyo sa akin? Tutuo naman”, sabi ni “private company” sa akin,‘” the director shared.

Carballo also shared that the talent coordinator said that the Tarlac festival organizers requested him to remove his post. However, he stressed that he would not do that. He also shared, “Even Ian Veneracion’s Team, nag-messaged sa akin nung nag-viral na ang post. Nagi-explain. Hindi ko na pinansin. Hindi ko naman sila klilala at hindi naman sila ang kausap ko.”

The director added that the Tarlac festival organizers are just saving their faces now after he exposed this.
