Herlene Budol met Pia Wurtzbach
Binibining Pilipinas 2022 candidate Herlene Budol considers Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach her inspiration in beauty pageant.
From being a contestant in Willie Revillame’s game show, Herlene was given the chance to have her guest appearances. Later on, she became one of the co-hosts. Through that, she did several TV guest appearances as well. Herlene’s most recent stint is the national beauty pageant. She is one of the official candidates for Binibining Pilipinas this year.
Just recently, Herlene Budol had the chance to meet that former Bb. Pilipinas-Universe. The former Wowowin host expressed delight for having this opportunity. “Isang malaking karangalan po para kay Hipon Girl nyo makasama si Ate Pia,” she said.
Then, Herlene highlighted how motivating and inspiring the beauty pageant journey of Pia was. “Hanggang ngayon kahit naging successful na cya ay nananatili pa rin ang kanyang kababaang loob. Isa kang tunay na huwaran Ate Pia,” the aspiring beauty queen said.
In another post, Herlene thanked Pia for the words of wisdom that she imparted to her and her fellow Binibining Pilipinas 2022 candidates. She specifically mentioned what the third Pinay Miss Universe said about not giving up on their dreams.
Herlene also said that it gives her a good feeling that there is aspiration to reach her dream. “Salamat po ng sobra. Saludo po ako sa husay at galing mo Miss Universe 2015 – Pia Wurtzbach,” she added.
Meanwhile, aside from her beauty pageant stint, Herlene Budol is also promoting her first movie Ang Babae sa Likod ng Face Mask with Kapamilya actor Joseph Marco. In a recent interview, Marco shared that it was really fun working with Herlene who is also known as Hipon Girl. The actor commended his leading lady’s bubbly personality which made their work so easy.
