The Poptel P8 was released in August 2018. The rugged device is available in three colors: Green, Yellow, and Black. It is powered by a 3750 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable).
Body & Display:
The smartphone measures 152.2 x 73.3 x 16.1 mm and weighs 231 grams. It features a 5 inches screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 480 x 960 pixels resolution.
Platform:
The phone is powered by Mediatek MT6739 (28 nm) processor coupled with PowerVR GE8100 graphics processing unit (GPU). It runs on the Android 8.0 (Oreo) operating system. It is packed with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
Main Camera:
The rear side of the Poptel P8 sports an 8-megapixel camera with features like digital zoom, autofocus, touch focus, continuous shooting, geotagging, panorama, and HDR.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 5-megapixel camera.
Connectivity options on the rugged phone include WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, and FM radio. Its sensors include fingerprint, proximity, light, accelerometer, and compass.
