HEART EVANGELISTA – Kapuso star Heart Evangelista’s gin-drinking session with her glam team on Balesin Island goes viral.
Heart Evangelista is a Filipina actress, philanthropist, and visual media artist. Aside from her movie and tv projects, she’s also active as a celebrity on social media.
The 37-year-old celebrity is married to Senatorial candidate Francis “Chiz” Escudero. She recently went to Carbon Public Market in Cebu to campaign for mayoral bet Margot Osmeña.
Most of the time, Heart Evangelista creates a buzz on social media because of her glamour and exquisite taste in fashion, but recently, she went viral again not because it but because of her drinking session with her glam team on the luxurious Balesin island.
On her IG Stories, the Kapuso star shared a video of her drinking a local staple gin for the first time. The online community thinks it’s unlikely for Heart to try such but she changed this impression.

Netizens find delight in seeing Heart Evangelista getting drunk with Ginebra San Miguel gin. She also enjoyed munching hotdogs, fishballs, and local corn chips as their “pulutan” while singing in karaoke with her friends.
Several netizens have reposted her drinking sesh with her friend and it became a trending topic on social media. An FB user named Johanna Grace De Vera said, “Ba’t ‘pag si Heart Evangelista nagpost parang mamahalin ‘yung gin?”
Evangelista’s viral drinking session in Balesin also bore a joking remark about people who are choose when it comes to alcoholic drinks. “Choosy ka pa sa alak, ‘yung maganda at mayaman nga nag-walwal ng gin,” an FB page Tata Lino joked.
They also found it very relatable with the actress drinking a popular Filipino cocktail recipe where the Ginebra Gin is mixed with powered pineapple juice.
“Ohhh, ‘di ba. First time in my life may similarities kami ni Mareng Heart Evangelista Gin x Tang Pineapple ang iniinom Or C2GIN,” a certain Kris Soriano Corpuz said on FB.
