Recently, there was a man who survived after ‘sleepwalking’ off a 24 meters balcony. Based on a report from Ladbible, Paul Cartwright said he was ‘lucky’ to be alive’ after the fall.
The DJ in London miraculously survived after the horrific incident. He fell four storey from his hotel room in Malta. He now has 28 broken bones in his body.
According to the report, the DJ’s fall left him with a broken femur and foot, fractured neck, smashed pelvis, cracked ribs along with internal bleeding. He said his last memory was smoking a cigarette and ‘having a good read’ on the balcony. His girlfriend woke up in the middle of the night and found him on the concrete ground. He spent more than two weeks in an induced coma.
“I was having a good read and that’s all I can remember… I was out on holiday with the love of my life and bosh – it could happen to anybody.”
“I’m lucky to be alive,” he added.
Based on the report, the sleepwalking man claimed that he was not drunk during that time and has no intention to harm himself. On Saturday, he was finally airlifted back to London airport. He hasn’t been unable to walk since the ‘sleepwalking’ accident.
