Dani Barretto Stands by Pura Luka Vega Amidst Another Arrest
DANI BARRETTO – Vlogger Dani Barretto showed support for Drag artist Pura Luka Vega after the latter was arrested again.
Dani Barretto, Marjorie Barretto’s daughter from her past relationship with Kier Legaspi, holds the distinction of being the eldest among her siblings: Julia, Claudia, Leon, and Erich. She tied the knot with Xavi Panlilio on April 23, 2019, and together they share a lovely daughter named Camilla Marguerite B. Panlilio, affectionately known as Millie.
Dani boasts considerable popularity on social media, with her podcast steadily gaining traction. Marjorie recently treated her Instagram followers to glimpses of her recent getaway at Shangri-La Boracay, where she was accompanied by her daughters, Julia and Dani Barretto.
In a series of vacation snapshots, Marjorie, Julia, and Dani exuded happiness as they basked in the sun and reveled in the pristine surroundings of the beach resort. The trio was captured indulging in various amenities, including the beach, swimming pool, tub, and other picturesque spots.
Just recently, Dani expressed her support for Pura Luka Vega on Instagram Stories by sharing the House of Ding’s appeal for a donation drive to assist the drag artist.
The donation campaign aimed to gather funds amounting to P360K to secure Pura Luka Vega’s release, following their recent arrest. This arrest was based on a warrant issued by a Quezon City court, prompted by a complaint filed by three churches affiliated with the Philippines for Jesus Movement.
On February 26, Pura had previously posted bail, amounting to P720K, for six counts of Violation of Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code in connection with Section 6 of Republic Act 10175.
