Katherine Luna shared her thoughts on her family situation
Sigabo actress Katherine Luna has no regrets about having eight children with six different men.
Katherine rose to fame through independent films with sensitive themes. However, the rise of her career took a halt when she got pregnant.
An issue even surfaced as allegation circulated that the father of her baby was Kapamilya Primetime King Coco Martin. However, this issue has been clarified already.
Based on the article in Bandera, Katherine Luna just recently shared with the public just how difficult it is to care for and raise eight children, especially in these times.
In her Facebook post, the actress opened up about a part of her complex and colorful life, which can be a stroyline of a TV drama. She admitted her eight children have different fathers, yet despite the hardships and sacrifices, Katherine still believes that her children are blessings from above.
With the hardships she is encoutering in raising her children, the actress said that she really had to work harder to given them a better future.
“Pero eto nga, nilalaban ko nga ito para sa mga anak ko. Patuloy lang sa buhay. Labarn! Kasi ang iniipon ko ngayon, future nila,” ang pahayag ni Katherine. Ako po ay may walong anak. Walong anak sa anim na tatay po. Anim na ama!” she shared.
She admitted to having made many mistakes in the past that she is now striving to rectify for the sake of her family. However, Katherine maintains that the repeated failures in her love life are not entirely her fault.
Her eldest child is a girl, who she named “Ate Nicole”, “Yung tatay ni Ate Nicole. Hindi po si Coco Martin, ha? Tapusin na po natin yun, ha?!” she reiterated.
Katherine said that due to the fact that she was so young back then, and was being impulsive, it happened. On the other hand, she stressed, “Pero hindi ko pinagsisihan na nabuntis ako at ipinanganak si Ate Nicole dahil napakasuwerte po na naging anak ko si Ate Nicole. Napakasuwerte po na ako ang naging nanay ni Ate Nicole.”
It was said that the fathers of her children were non-showbiz. Katherine stressed that she has no plans to get pregnant or give birth again.
“Nilalaban ko nga ito para sa mga anak ko. Patuloy lang sa buhay. Labarn! Kasi ang iniipon ko ngayon, future nila,” Katherine Luna said.
