Bianca Umali was asked about the statement made by Ruru Madrid
Kapuso actress Bianca Umali has reacted to the revelation made by her long-time boyfriend, Primetime Action Hero Ruru Madrid, regarding his past infidelity.
It will be recalled that during an August 4 episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Ruru was asked about a statement he had made on the Kapuso game show “The People Have Spoken.”
On that show, Ruru had expressed his view that cheaters could still change, and that he intended to prove it. With this, the veteran host asked if he have you proven it.
“Yeah, napatunayan ko na,” Ruru said, adding that he was thankful to his girlfriend for giving him a second chance.
A recent interview with Bianca was featured in the latest episode of “Showbiz Updates,” filmed during the block screening of Ruru’s film “Hand of God,” an entry in Cinemalaya 2026, based on the article in Balita.
In the interview, Bianca expressed that everyone should always choose to be kind to others—whether they are friends or loved ones—regardless of their actions.
“I think the best advice to give to everyone is to always choose kindness at the end of the day, anoman ang pinagdadaanan natin. Nasaktan man tayo. Nakagawa man ng masama sa atin ang mga tao. Kahit sino pa ‘yan,” she said.
The actress also said it is better to choose to understand the situation in the best way that one could. For her, there is nothing good in holding on to anger and resentment.
Ultimately, the actress believes that if one entrusts oneself and one’s future to God, one will never go astray. “At wala pong mas tama pa sa pagappatawad,” Bianca Umali said.
The couple’s relationship is still going strong. In fact, they celebrated their eighth anniversary together last July.
Bianca and Ruru started dating in 2018. After keeping their relationship private, the latter confirmed their romance in 2022.
