Jolina Magdangal and Marvin Agustin are having their reunion project
The loyal supporters of actor Marvin Agustin and actress Jolina Magdangal, one of the popular love teams of the 90s, remain active to this day.
Prior to TV5’s “Tara, Kapatid! Midyear Media and Trade Celebration,” some of the network’s staff members posted photos of the “MarJo” tandem together.
It was announced that they would be starring in a teleserye for the Kapatid network, and the news immediately trended on social media, based on the article in Bandera.
The MarJo tandem, especially Jolina, was pleasantly surprised that their fans did not abandon them, prompting the actress to express her immense gratitude to everyone via a social media post.
“Sa launch ng Mommy Guard sa Trade Event, mas tumindi ang pakiramdam ko na unti-unti nang natutupad ang proyektong matagal ko nang dinasal. Sa totoo lang, sobra akong overwhelmed at punong-puno ng saya,” Jolina Magdangal wrote in the caption of her post.
The actress -singer also mentioned that so many years have passed, yet her and Marvin’s fans still haven’t left their side.
For her, it is wonderful to think that even as they have pursued their own separate lives, they are still given the opportunity to come together and work on major projects like this one.
She also said that she will forever cherish the love and trust that fans have bestowed upon them. Jolina stressed that she will continue to strive for growth alongside those who have tirelessly believed in and supported them over the years, while also wholeheartedly welcoming and valuing those who are newly joining them on this journey.
With her upcoming series with Marvin, Jolina couldn’t be more thankful. She extends her heartfelt gratitude to the entire TV5 management and her Star Magic family for this tremendous opportunity to once again share her talent with their fans, which will also showcase who she has become as an artist and as an individual.
