Karla Estrada visited the family of the Tacloban shooting victim
Queen Mother Karla Estrada visited the wake of one of the victims of the bloody shooting that occurred at San Jose National High School in Tacloban City, Leyte, on Monday, June 22.
During her visit, Karla expressed her heartfelt condolences to the family after the tragedy that shook not only the Tacloban community but also the entire country.
In a message, Karla said that there are no words enough to ease the pain that the families of the victims are experiencing right now.

In her Facebook post, the actress-host shared photos showing her comforting the family who had unexpectedly lost their loved one.

She also prayed for the victim’s peace and promised support for the family members who were left behind.
Nandito kami, nakikiisa at nakikidalamhati,” the actress-host said.
Meanwhile, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla revealed on Thursday, June 25, 2026, that authorities were able to prevent another planned mass shooting in Leyte because of the information from Senator Bam Aquino.
Reportedly, a female student, who is just 14 years old, posted about this on social media. This information was discovered during the investigation conducted by the Detection Group Government (CIDG).
Remulla said that the female student appears to have family problems and is an avid fan of the online game “gorebox.”
