Actress-singer Agot Isidro reacted to the clash between Senators Pia Cayetano and Risa Hontiveros.
Agot is one of the many celebrities who openly share their thoughts on issues on politics and the government. She was among the Kapamilya stars who showed support for former Vice President and incumbent Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo and her allies.

In her tweet on Thursday, June 18, Agot Isidro shared a post from ABS-CBN News, and this was a clip of the heated discussion between Senators Pia Cayetano and Risa Hontiveros.
It was about the proposed amendments to the Anti-Hospital Detention Act during the Senate special session. “What I’m saying is, it’s not written in the bill. You can ask your staff. Because it’s not written in the bill.” Cayetano said.
Hontiveros’s reply to this was to say that she is amenable to the proposed amendments. She also said that she is prepared to provide clarification on the intent of the bill.
In Agot’s post, she mentioned Sen. Lito Lapid. “Sen. Lapid, napadalhan na ba ng maja blanca at suman yan? Ang init ng ulo eh,” the actress-singer said.
To recall, last month, amid the tension in the Senate, Lapid and Cayetano had their viral moment. It was when Cayetano thanked Lapid for never forgetting to send her “maja blanca” and “suman,” even though they are on different sides of the political camp.
Lapid acknowledged this and even said, “Mahal kita” to Cayetano, which garnered amused reactions from those who were at the plenary hall at that time.
