Man Surrendered After Hurting Child Who Accidentally Spilled Him w/ Chicken Oil
A man voluntarily surrendered to the mayor of Tanza, Cavite after he assaulted a child following an accidental spill of chicken oil.
The man who was accused of hurting a child inside a small eatery following an accidental spill of chicken oil has surrendered to the authorities. The incident happened inside a food establishment where a misunderstanding quickly escalated into violence.
Based on reports, the man allegedly pulled the child’s hair and acted aggressively after being accidentally splashed with chicken oil. The sudden outburst shocked customers inside the restaurant.
The child suffered emotional distress after the incident and became fearful and hesitant to appear in public. Because of the trauma, the child’s mother decided to file a complaint against the man involved, seeking accountability for the incident.
Later on, the man chose to surrender himself to the local government office in Tanza. During his meeting with the mayor, he admitted his mistake and explained that he was overwhelmed by his emotions at the time of the incident.
He expressed regret for his actions and acknowledged that he should not have reacted in such a way.
After discussions between both parties, the child’s family decided not to pursue a formal legal case. Instead, they agreed to accept a public apology from the man as part of the resolution.
The decision was made in the hope of allowing both sides to move forward and avoid further conflict.
