Dennis Trillo has a new movie project
Award-winning actor Dennis Trillo will once again work with the team behind the inspirational drama film Green Bones for this new project.
Dennis has been proving his versatility over and over again with the various acting projects that he has done. In 2024, he once again received a Best Actor award for his portrayal of the lead character named Domingo Zamora in Green Bones.
His character is a person deprived of liberty (PDL), serving his sentence for allegedly killing his niece. While his waiting for his release, a new prison officer Xavier Gonzaga, played by Ruru Madrid, came. The latter becomes determined to not let Domingo out, no matter what will happen. This gave Ruru his Best Supporting Actor trophy.
Aside from Dennis and his co-stars, the team behind the movie also received praise from fans, moviegoers, and critics for how it was beautifully executed on screen.
More than a year after their collaboration, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Dennis Trillo and the award-wnning team of the movie will once again work together.
GMA Network Senior Vice President for Public Affairs and Executive Vice President for GMA Pictures Nessa Valdellon shared in a Facebook post the recent reunion between Dennis and Green Bones team.
Present during the gathering were award-winning director Zig Dulay, screenwriter Anj Atienza, GMA Public Affairs senior manager JC Rubio, and some producers of GMA Pictures.
“Literally and figuratively, the A Team is back,” Miss Nessa wrote in the caption of her post. With this, fans of the Kapuso actor and the movie expressed excitement about this new project. Some netizens have congratulated Dennis and the term as early as now, while some fans shared their anticipation of what the new movie could be.
