Manny Villar Drops To 4th Place In The 15 Filipinos on Forbes’ World’s Billionaires 2026 List

Manny Villar is not the richest Filipino in 2026.

Aside from Ricky Razon and Manny Villar, these are the other Filipinos listed in Forbes World’s Billionaires 2026.

The richest Filipino in 2024 and 2025 was Manny Villar, the chairman of the property developer Vista Land & Lifescapes. In 2025, he has a net worth of $17.2 billion, or approximately PHP 1,016,296,400,000.00 based on the current exchange rate.

However, this year, Villar’s net worth plummeted by $14.1 billion, or from $17.2 billion in 2025 to $3.1 billion in 2026. This is partly the result of a revaluation of his real estate holdings, along with the effects of the financial scandal on his stock investments.

To recall, the Villar family has been subpoenaed over alleged violations of the Securities Regulation Code, in connection with a criminal complaint filed on January 30 by the corporate regulator, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Replacing him as the richest man in the Philippines in 2026 is ports tycoon Enrique Razon Jr. He is the chairman of the multinational ports company International Container Terminal Services Inc. His net worth increased by $5.6 billion. From $10.9 billion in 2025, his net worth is $16.5 billion in 2026.
