Angelica Panganiban highlighted the importance of speaking the truth
Actress Angelica Panganiban shared her thoughts on the statement made by Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda about speaking the truth.
Angelica is known for her strong personality. She is one of the celebrities who is not afraid to show her true self and share what she thinks and feels. This is something that many of her fans love about her, aside from her acting caliber.
Angelica is set to showcase her acting prowess once again through her comeback series under ABS-CBN Studios, and it is the suspense-drama “The Silent Noise.”

The series portrayed the role of a mother, named Jackie, to a deaf child, named Eli, who mourned the death of his tutor, Sam, played by Mylene Dizon.
Based on the article in ABS-CBN Entertainment, the story’s highlight took place when Sam died. Eli did not just lose as a tutor, but Jackie also lost a friend. However, an issue surfaced when Jackie found out that her husband, played by Zanjoe Marudo, seemingly had an affair with Sam.
The series is composed of 10 episodes focused on unraveling the truth behind the “silence.”
A media conference for this project was recently held, and Angelica Panganiban stressed the importance of speaking the truth. She cited what Vice Ganda said just recently.

“Sabi ni Vice Ganda, sa recent episode ng ‘It’s Showtime,’ kung tayo ay may napapansin na mali at hindi tama, huwag tayong mawawalan ng boses o matatakot o i-call out. Kasi kung hindi at wala kang ginawa sa gitna ng kasamaan, bahagi ka na rin nito. Do you agree? And why do you think people remain silent when something is wrong?” the actress said.
She said that for her, the silence sometimes comes from fear that is imposed by society and certain institutions. Angelica stressed that fear should disappear, and this should come first, so that you can speak with courage.
“So kailangan ma-build sa atin ‘yung tapang. And kapag tama ka, wala kang dapat ikatakot. Kailangan mong mag-speak up. Hindi lang para sa sarili mo, kasi hindi lang naman ikaw ‘yung makikinabang. All the more ikaw pa nga ‘yung mapasama,” the actress said.
On the other hand, Angelica Panganiban stressed that it is needed to speak up always if one wants change. “Lahat ng tinatago, lahat ng iniipon, bumabaho,” the actress stressed, adding that one will continue to be part of the wrong if that person would not go with what is right.
