Barbie Forteza participated in this meaningful event for women
Kapuso star Barbie Forteza shared this strong message for her fellow women on the celebration of International Women’s Day.
Barbie is one of the most successful women of her generation in the Philippine entertainment industry. Over the years, she has proven his acting caliber, and her most recent acting project was Until She Remembers with veteran actresses Boots Anson Roa-Rodrigo and Charo Santos.
Previously, Barbie shared that this movie gave her new experiences and learning. It was because of the no-script setup of their director, award-winning filmmaker Brillante Mendoza.

Aside from her acting prowess, Barbie Forteza is also admired for her personality and her characteristics. Just recently, she shared a strong message for her fellow women, based on the article in Balita.
The Kapuso Primetime Princess participated in the FCC Women’s Run held this Sunday, March 8, as part of the commemoration of International Women’s Day. She started having an interest in running last year. The actress was seen joining fun run events for a cause.

Barbie finished the 10-kilometer run with other participants who supported the purpose of the said activity to celebrate the strength, ability, and unity of women.
During the interview, after the event, Barbie made a meaningful statement for women. “I’m just so proud of all the ladies na nakatakbo ko today. Ang gaganda ng mga katakbo ko. I feel very safe kasi I’m around all the women. Well, a wise woman once said, men have no right to tell women to shut up,” she expressed. Barbie did not elaborate on who the “wise woman” she was referring to.
Meanwhile, last February 14, in celebration of Valentine’s Day, Barbie Forteza had her solo date. For her, it was important to have her alone time and show the essence of self-love.
