Recently, Jacqueline Queen Casilao, a Facebook user, shared screenshots of the delivery riderās messages, which allegedly showed his anger after waiting for a few minutes. The post quickly went viral and elicited reactions online.
Casilao explained that the incident happened when the delivery rider arrived earlier than expected. She said she asked the rider to wait for about five to ten minutes as she was still preparing to receive the order.

Others reminded customers to also consider the situation of riders, who often work under time pressure and rely on completing multiple bookings to earn enough for the day.
The incident sparks conversation about patience and communication between customers and delivery riders. Many netizens shared that simple understanding on both sides could prevent conflicts like this.
