ABS-CBN actress Kim Chiu has this to share about her most alluring role played yet in the upcoming series “The Alibi.”
Celebrities Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino are set to heat up the screens again through their new series called “The Alibi.” The story is about revenge, survival, corruption, family, and betrayal, and Chiu, as the lead actress, has just played her most daring role yet.
As an alluring dancer and fierce woman, Kim spoke about it. According to her, she really gave her all in this series and was even surprised by herself while filming it.
“Binigay ko na ang lahat. Yes, ito na talaga ‘yung pinaka most daring role na aking ginawa in my entire (life),” Chiu said. She couldn’t recognize herself in her newest character and even got excited about this newest offering upon reading the comments.
“The Alibi” is set to premiere on November 7 on Prime Video. This is co-directed by Onat Diaz, Jojo Saguin, and FM Reyes, and marks the fourth project of Chiu and Avelino after “Linlang,” the Philippine adaptation of “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim,” and the film “My Love Will Make You Disappear.”
Other stars joining the series are Robbie Jaworski, Angelina Cruz, Alyanna Angeles, Alma Moreno, PJ Endrinal, Lotlot Bustamante, Ian de Leon, Enzo Osorio, Ayesha Bajeta, Thou Reyes, Marvin Yap, Johaira Omar, Yesh Burce, and Kim Tubiano.
Avelino, the lead actor, said about their new series, “Naging mainit yung pagtanggap ng mga tao sa aming teaser and trailer, and just so everyone knows we’ll be shown in more than 240 territories across the globe.”
The trailer for “The Alibi” has just been dropped, and has instantly become the talk of the town for the scenes that were shown, which included Chiu dancing onstage and appearing to have removed her top. Avelino’s character, from afar, is watching from the couch.
