Tuesday Vargas Breaks Silence on Alleged “Snobbish” Behavior at Disneyland HK
TUESDAY VARGAS – Actress and comedienne Tuesday Vargas has finally addressed online accusations claiming she snubbed fans during her visit to Hong Kong Disneyland.
Tuesday Vargas has spoken out after being accused online of snubbing fans and refusing to take photos with them during her trip to Hong Kong Disneyland.
According to a post on Reddit, a user claimed that Tuesday was a “total b*tch” for allegedly ignoring fans who wanted to take pictures with her. The actress, however, strongly denied the accusations through a heartfelt Facebook post, saying the claims were fabricated to tarnish her reputation.
“Bakit po may mga ganitong tao sa mundo? Lahat po ng nag ask nicely sa akin ay pinagbigyan ko po magpa-picture. Nakakalungkot po na may ganitong mapaggawa ng kwento,” Tuesday began.
She explained that if there were moments she wasn’t able to grant a fan’s request, it was likely due to the large crowd or the intense heat that day.
“Wala akong maalala na nang-irap ako at nagtaray sa kahit sinong MAAYOS akong nilapitan at nagpapicture,” she clarified, adding, “Please lang po, huwag naman po tayong ganyan. Nakaka sakit po kayo ng damdamin.”
Tuesday also shared screenshots of supportive comments from netizens who defended her, expressing gratitude for the “overwhelming” love she received despite the online criticism.
She went on to challenge the person behind the false claims to come forward so they could clear things up face-to-face.
“Kung maayos na nagsabi, lumalapit nang nakangiti at hindi demanding o entitled, bakit naman hindi pagbibigyan magpapicture? Sana alam ko kung sino ka na naninira sa akin para pwede tayong magharap at nang masabi ko sa iyo na kahit kailan ay hindi ako madamot sa oras ko at sa mga tagahanga ko,” Tuesday said.
“Kung talagang matapang ka ay sana sinabi mo sa akin doon mismo ang saloobin mo at di ka naka tago sa Reddit,” she added.
This incident comes shortly after Tuesday opened up publicly about her struggles with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and other mental health challenges, which drew widespread support from fans and fellow celebrities alike.
