MARCO GUMABAO – Actor and first-time congressional candidate Marco Gumabao delivered an emotional message after his election loss.
Marco Gumabao shared an emotional and heartfelt message following his loss in the race for the fourth district congressional seat of Camarines Sur. Despite not securing a position, Gumabao expressed deep gratitude to the people of Partido, the district he campaigned in, for their warm welcome and overwhelming support.
“Maraming, maraming salamat po,” Gumabao began, addressing the residents who opened their homes and hearts during his campaign journey. He personally thanked those who shared their stories and aspirations with him, saying the experience left a lasting impact on his life.
While acknowledging the disappointment of the election outcome, the actor-politician emphasized that he has no regrets. “Hindi man ito ang resulta na aming hinangad, alam kong ibinigay natin ang lahat,” he said, assuring supporters that he fought with all his heart.
