PAGASA Says 3 Weather Systems to Affect PH Weather Condition
PAGASA LATEST UPDATE – The state weather bureau reported that three weather systems will bring rains over parts of the country.
On Thursday (April 3, 2025), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. Three weather systems will affect the country’s weather condition.
PAGASA weather specialist Chenel Dominguez reported that Northeasterly Windflow will be affecting Northern Luzon while the easterlies affect the rest of the country.

“Dito sa Cagayan Valley, Kalinga, Mountain Province at Aurora ay makakaranas sila ng maulap na papawirin na may mga mahihinanang pag ulan dulot ng northeasterly windflow,” Domingez said.
The Northeasterly Windflow will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, and Aurora
It will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the Ilocos Region and the rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region.

The easterlies will bring similar weather conditions over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
“Para naman sa nalalabing bahagi ng Luzon ay inaasahan naman po natin ang bahagya hanggang sa maulap na papawirin,” she explained.
“Pero asahan din po natin na magiging mainit ang ating tanghali hanggang hapon na may mga tsansa po ng isolated rain showers dulot ng localized thunderstorms sa hapon hanggang gabi,” she added.
No low-pressure area or weather disturbance was monitored inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
The weather agency has warned the public for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Northern Luzon will be moderate to rough. The remaining parts of the country will have sl;ight to moderate surrounding sea conditions.
PAGASA did not raise a gale warning over any of the country’s seaboard.
