Dismissed Mayor Alice Guo Evades Arrest in PH
ALICE GUO – The dismissed Mayor of Bamban, Tarlac was captured in a photo prior to boarding Jet Star Asia plane to Singapore.
Several complaints were filed against dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Guo in the Philippines. However, even after a month since an arrest order was issued against the dismissed Mayor, the authorities failed to locate her.
The Senate issued an arrest order against dismissed Mayor Guo after she was cited for contempt for skipping two (2) hearings set by the upper chamber. She is faced with accusations about her alleged involvement in the illegal Philippine Offshore Gaming operations in her town, the alleged unpaid taxes, and her identity.
However, the authorities found negative presence in all the registered addresses of the dismissed Mayor. Prior to her reported exit from the Philippines, she has release statements indicating her claim of innocence from the accusations.
Recently, Senator Risa Hontiveros presented during a Senate session a document claiming that dismissed Mayor Alice Guo has left the Philippines. Amid the countless questions on how she was able to flee the country without being traced, the Bureau of Immigration confirmed it as supported by the intel information.
According to BI, Guo was able to exit the Philippines without passing by the immigration. Reportedly, she made the exit through Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia then met her family in Singapore.
The immigration bureau recently revealed that dismissed Mayor Alice Guo is now in Indonesia. According to BI, she just arrived in the country a few days ago.
Recently, a photo of dismissed Mayor Alice Guo reportedly taken before she boarded the Jet Star Asia plane bound for Singapore crossed the surface. Based on a report of ABS-CBN News, she boarded flight 686 last July 21.
Based on the report, Guo was spotted talking to a woman who is said to be Cassandra Li Ong, Guo’s alleged cohort with ties to the illegal Lucky South 99 POGO firm.
