A pet owner is seeking justice and support from netizens after her beloved dog was allegedly shaved by a pet shop.
A Facebook user named Rose Ann Guatno expressed her dismay towards a pet shop in Tails SM North Branch, accusing them of leaving her Shih Tzu partially bald. Her post elicited comments from concerned netizens.
Guatno expressed her disappointment towards Furry Tails SM North Branch over the unwanted makeover of her baby Shih Tzu ‘Cherry’. She is expecting a good result after spending a certain amount of cash.
“I barely posted something here on my socials just to protect my peace of mind. Shout out saiyo Furry Tails Sm North Branch anong ginawa mo sa Baby ko. Cherry was my baby Shih Tsu but look at her. Saan ka nman nakakita gumastos ka expecting na aalagaan yung aso mo ending kinalbo,” Rose Ann said.
As a newbie pet owner, she expected the shop personnel to explain the entire grooming procedure. However, her fur baby ends up being bald.
“Sana lahat ng gagawin nyo sa mga babies nmin sana iniexplain nyo sa amin. Tulad ko na bagong fur mom anong malay ko kung ano yung sinasabi nyong semi semi. Akala ko semi treatment na lang gagawin nyo kasi gahol sa oras. Ending pag sundo ko sa baby ko kalbo na umayos kayo” she added.
The pet owner is hoping that the issue will be addressed promptly and that measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
