The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has announced that more than one million candidates have filed their certificates of candidacy (COCs) for this year’s Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE). The BSKE was held on October 30.
President Marcos voted early for MSKE 2023 and he reminded the people to not engage in vote buying.
And for this year, a lot of celebrities ran for a public position. Winners have been declared already and the Comelec is eyeing for a one-week transition period before the proclaimed winners assume office.
